Vivian Barbosa Pinheiro

Graduated in Nutrition from the Federal University of Pará (2007). Specialized in Nutrition applied to Renal Diseases from the Federal University of São Paulo (2008). Specialized in Health Education from the Federal University of São Paulo (2012). Master in Sciences for the Postgraduate Program in Nutrition, Federal University of São Paulo (2013). Professional experience in clinical nutrition, educational and private practice areas. Officer of the Brazilian Air Force (2013-2018), in the Subdirectory of Supply (SDAB), was responsible for the logistics of acquisition, distribution, storage, quality and nutritional value of FAB's field and combat ration, as well as management and supervision of administrative contracts . At the São Paulo Air Force Hospital (HFASP), she served as a Clinical Nutritionist, responsible for outpatient care, hospitalization support and hospital discharge. Officer of the Brazilian Navy (2019-2022), Nutrition Manager at the 8th Naval District Command, in charge of the financial and logistical management of acquisition, distribution, storage, quality control and nutritional value of the meals offered to the organization's military. She also acted in the management and supervision of administrative contracts and bidding processes (Law 8.666/93 and 14.133/2021). She currently works as a Clinical Nutritionist in a private practice, responsible for providing nutritional and diet therapy, nutritional education, consulting and advice on nutrition and dietetics, aiming to promote healthy daily habits, longevity and quality of life.
