Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Campus de Araraquara. Faculdade de Ciências e Letras (FCL) (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal) Birthplace: Brazil
I have obtained the Master Degree in Archaeology by the "International Master in Quaternary and Prehistory (Erasmus Mundus program)" at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili of Tarragona, Catalonia, and the Muséum National d' Histoire Naturelle in Paris. My master's research was based on the analysis of the portable art from the Upper Palaeolithic of the Dordogne region in France, and reflections on its documentation and musealization. Also, I hold a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Anthropology from Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP - of Araraquara. My scientific initiation research, financed by FAPESP, addressed chronological and iconography issues related to the ceramic complexes of the Amazon Forest and the formative period of the region of Santarém - PA. Currently I am an archaeological projects coordinator in environmental licensing, area in which I have been working since 2008. This function has yielded experiences in ethnoarchaeology, lithic industries and mining archaeology. In addition, I have acquired deep knowledge in environmental legislation, heritage management, and further archaeological research processes. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
