Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte in 2008 and completed a masters degree (2010) and a Ph.D. (2013) in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on Structural Engineering, at the University of São Paulo, including a sandwich period at the University of Minho. Currently, he is a professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Federal University of Paraíba. His research focuses on Precast Concrete Structures, emphasizing Steel-Concrete Connections by Adherence, Structural Dynamics, and Non-Destructive Materials Characterization. He is also an enthusiast of BIM and its interactions with Artificial Intelligence, having founded the Laboratory of Building Information Modeling, Structural Modeling, and Experimentation (MIMEE). Additionally, he serves as the Regulation and Evaluation Coordinator and Institutional Representative at UFPB. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
