graduate at Psicologia from Universidade de São Paulo (1978), master's at Psychology from Universidade de São Paulo (1988) and Ph.d. at Psychology from Universidade de São Paulo (1996). Has experience in Psychology, focusing on Group and Institution Processes Analisys, acting on the following subjects: social representations, violence, public schools and adolescence criminality. He has experience in the area of Social Psychology, institutions and goups processes analysis, acting mainly in the inquiry of violence problems, in public schools and institutions. He is coordinating of the Observatory of Violence and Best Practices in Ribeirão Preto, that congregates three lines of research: ) felt of symbolic violence and cruelty between pairs in public institutions. b) moral siege and institucional violence in the work situation. c) organizacional security and prospectives scenes.
