Current Vice-Mayor of Cidade Universitária Armando Salles de Oliveira, geographer (University of São Paulo - 1986) and Doctor in Human Geography (University of São Paulo - 1999), is Full Professor (2011) of the Department of Geography, of the Postgraduate Program -Graduate in Human Geography and from the Graduate Program in Environmental Science (PROCAM) at the University of São Paulo (USP). He has experience in the area of Geography, with emphasis on Political Geography and the environment. The main research topics are: environmental public policies, international relations and the environment, water resources management and international environmental order.
