Doctor of Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2002), Master of Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (1995), Bachelor of Law from the University of Ribeirão Preto (1984). Assistant Professor of the "Law Course at the School of Human and Social Sciences at UNESP - Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - Campus de Franca".
