Professor at the Faculty of Law, he completed his undergraduate, master's and doctorate in Philosophy of Law. He is Coordinator of the CPA Self-Assessment Committee. He was Head of Dept. I and Chief of Staff at PUC-SP. He was Pro-Rector of Graduate Studies, Research and Extension, Coordinator of the Master's in Law and professor at UNIVEM. Leader of the GEDs Research Group Fundamental Rights in Light of Social Doctrine, registered with CNPq. Founding member of NEDs Center for Studies in Social Doctrine - PUC-SP. Founding member of UJUCASP. General Secretary of the Jacques Maritain Institute of Brazil and ordinary member of the Jacques Maritain International Institute. Scientific Editor of the DDEM Journal. Member of the Editorial Board of the Brazilian Law Review - RDBras, CONPEDI and Clássica Editora. Evaluator for law courses at INEP/MEC. Member of CJLP - Community of Portuguese-Speaking Jurists. He was a member of the Legal Education Committee, the Ethics Court - TED-1 and the Committee for Persons with Disabilities of the OAB/SP. He was a full member of IASP - Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo. He was an Assistant Professor in the TGD Course, at the PUC-SP Postgraduate Program, taught by the late Professor André Franco Montoro.
