Agricultural Engineer from the Federal University of Lavras (1997), Master in Agricultural Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2000) and PhD in Agricultural Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2005), in the area of Planning and Sustainable Rural Development, in Socio-Environmental Studies . He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho-UNESP. He works in the areas of Sustainable Rural Development and Planning; Rural extension; Management of Agricultural Systems; Agroforestry Systems Management.
