Since 1998, I have been working with the Post Graduate Program in Education, currently on the Research Line "Social Practices and Educational Processes".From February to November 2016, I held the position of Secretary General of Affirmative Actions, Diversity and Equity of UFSCar, responsible for UFSCar's Equity Policies. Profissional experience in Education, focusing on Specific Topics of Education, acting on the following subjects: educational processes, popular education, popular education and health.Co-leader of the Research Group "Social Practices and Educational Processes" registered at CNPq in 1997. I have been part of the coordination of the project Mapping and Cataloging of Practices of Popular Education and Health of São Carlos since 2006, having this project received the Victor Valla Prize of Popular Education and Health of the Ministry of Health in 2012.Representative of UFSCar in the Núcleo Educação para Integração of the Associação de Universidades do Grupo Montevideu (AUGM) and representative of the Network of Popular Education and Health in the National Committee of Popular Education and Health of the Ministry of Health. Coordinator of this Network from 2007 to 2014. Member of Popular Education and Health WG of ABRASCO and the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED) - Popular Education WG, of which I am currently coordinator.
