Luis Antonio Paulino

Professor at São Paulo State University - Unesp, at the Faculty of Philosophy and Sciences -FFC / Marília, in undergraduate courses in International Relations and postgraduate studies in Social Sciences. Graduated in Engineering from the Faculty of Industrial Engineering - FEI (1977), master's degree in Economics and Public Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV (1992) and doctorate in Economic Science from the State University of Campinas (1998). He is director of the Confucius Institute at Unesp, Guest Supervisor for MTCSOL (Master of Teaching Chinese Language to Speakers of Other Languages) program at Hubei University, China and Part-time researcher of the Institute of Latin American Studies at Hubei University. He was special advisor to the Ministry of Finance (2003), deputy secretary of the Secretariat for Political Coordination and Institutional Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic (2004-2005) and Head of Advisory Services at the Ministry of Sports (2012-2014).
