Silvânia Regina Mendes Moreschi

bachelor's at Engenharia Química from Universidade Estadual de Maringá (1983), master's at Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Maringá (1999) and doctorate at Science and Technology of the Food from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2004). He is currently full professor at Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná. Has experience in Science and Technology of the Food, focusing on By-product Exploitation, acting on the following subjects: hydrolysis, ginger, romã, voláteis and subcritical water.
