I was the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (2019-2021, 2021-2023), President of the Specialized National Commission for Antenatal Care at FEBRASGO (2020-2023), the coordinator of the Graduate Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology (2014-2016), a Member of the Committee of the Graduate Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology (2010-2021), and President of the Research Committee of CAISM (2016-2019). I work in undergraduate, medical residency, and postgraduate studies.I graduated in Medicine (1984-1989), did a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology (1990-1993), a Master's (1996), and Doctorate (2002), all from FCM/UNICAMP.My areas of knowledge are antenatal and postnatal care, postpartum contraception, induction of labor, adolescence, physical exercise and nutrition in pregnancy and postpartum, pregnancy-associated with clinical diseases (hypertension, lupus, neoplasms, kidney disease, and transplants) and obesity, maternal morbidity, and mortality, and social determinants of maternal health.
