Graduated in Nursing from the Federal University of São Paulo-UNIFESP (1993), Specialist in Physical Rehabilitation Nursing having completed the Improvement Course at the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1994. Completed a Master's degree (1998) and Doctorate (2003) both in Nursing in Adult and Elderly Health from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP); Post-doctorate from the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing of the School of Nursing of the University of São Paulo (EEUSP). Was Adjunct Professor Level III in the Undergraduate Course in Nursing of the Faculty of Medical Sciences Santa Casa de São Paulo (FCMSCSP); At this Faculty, she was Vice-Director of the Undergraduate Nursing Course from April 2013 to April 2014, and was Coordinator of the Lato sensu Postgraduate Course in Clinical and Surgical Nursing at FCMSCSP from January 2018 to January 2019. In the Undergraduate Nursing Course, she was a professor in the Disciplines Medical-Surgical Nursing in Adult and Elderly Health, Curricular Internship II, Semiology and Semiotechnics in Nursing. She was a professor in the Discipline Nursing in Public Health and Coordinator of the Optional Discipline Nursing in Physical Rehabilitation. She was Head of the Department of Nursing in Adult and Elderly Health and alternate in the Head of the Department of Nursing in Administration and Education. He participated in the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Irmandade Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo from November 2009 to December 2019 and in the Scientific Committee of the Irmandade and the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo since 2014. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Physical Rehabilitation, working mainly on the following topics: Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke/Traumatic Brain Injury, Chronic Non-Evolutive Encephalopathies, Amputations, Demyelinating Diseases, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, in addition to post-doctorate in the area of #8203;#8203;Rehabilitation of the Elderly and Planetary Health.
