She is a full professor at the Federal University of São Carlos, where she has worked since 2008 in the Department of Letters (Portuguese Language Literatures) and the Postgraduate Programme in Literature Studies. She is involved in the lines of research Literature, languages and media and Literature, History, Culture and Society. She coordinates the Observatory of Brazilian Digital Literature (CNPq) and manages the updating and maintenance of the ATLAS archive of Brazilian Digital Literature, built with funding from CNPq. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Latin American Electronic Literature Network and the ANPOLL Digital Literature WG. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
