Luiz is an electrical engineer with large experience with product development, especially with Electronics and medical electrical devices. He has a bachelor degree from Sao Paulo University (Polytechnic School - concluded in 2007) and started a Masters course in the same institution (not concluded). He also has an specialization course (MBA) in Management and Engineering of Products and Services in the Continued Education Program of the same institution. Currently Luiz acts as a development specialist at Positivo Tecnologia, where he works with the development of specialized devices.He has experience with the whole product development cycle: requirements definition, system design, schematics and layout design, circuit analysis and simulation, prototyping, tests (bench, functional, EMC etc), documentation, interface with cross-functional and global teams and transference to factory. Has expertise in Electronics and experience with complex electronic boards design: multi-layers, BGAs, high speed signals, analog circuits, switching regulators, robust design techniques (DfX, DFMEA, EMC). Has experience also with regulated industry (ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and IEC60601), with the resolution of EMC problems and with design of devices for bidding notices.
