Marcel Jacques Simonette

I'm an industry and academic professional. At Pluxee Brazil, as Architecture and New Platforms Manager, I lead cross-functional teams that evolve the technology landscape through enterprise and solution architecture, integrating AI-driven initiatives. I hold an MSc in System Engineering in Sociotechnical Systems, a PhD in Human Factors in Software Engineering, and a Postdoctoral in Complexity in Projectsall titles obtained at the Engineering School - USP. My career in software systems began in 1990. I returned to university in 2005, looking for new ways to develop software systems.
