Alexandre Campos

PhD in Physics Teaching (USP), Master in History of Science (PUC-SP) and Bachelor in Physics (UFSCar). Professor at the Physics Academic Unit at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). He works at the Campina Grande Center of the National Professional Master's Degree in Physics Teaching (MNPEF). He is the leader of the Physics Teaching Research Group (GPEF) at UFCG. He was a scholarship holder at the Center for Research in Curricular Innovations at FEUSP, collaborating in the development, implementation and evaluation of content and Didactic Sequences of Modern and Contemporary Physics in High School. He was a scholarship holder as an Internship educator at FEUSP, coordinating actions between teachers of Internship disciplines (FEUSP), interns (undergraduate students) and Internship supervisors (public school system). He was a tenured professor in the public school system of the State of São Paulo. He was a professor in the private school system and in preparatory courses for university entrance exams. He is currently the coordinator of PIBID. He is the coordinator and advisor of Supervised Internships at UFCG. He coordinates the Postgraduate Program, specialization, for teacher training in Modern and Contemporary Physics (FMC). He is a collaborator in a teacher training project with UFSCar and UNIFEI on dialogues between Formal Education and the popularization of Astronomy. He supervises projects on the Epistemology of Scientific Concepts in Schools, the Theory of Conceptual Fields and aspects of French Didactics.
