I have a Ph.D. (2021) and an M.Sc. (2017) in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas - Unicamp. I got degrees in Food Engineering (2013) and Control Automation Engineering (2022), also from Unicamp, and a technical degree in Food Technology (2008) from the Technical School of Campinas - Cotuca/Unicamp. I worked as a substitute teacher at the Food Department of the Technical School of Campinas - Cotuca/Unicamp. Currently, I'm a postdoctoral researcher at Unicamp's Faculty of Food Engineering. My research interests are food freezing and cooling, refrigeration systems, instrumentation, control, and automation applied to food processing. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
