| Abstract | |
A visible light-driven metal-free route to access unprecedented highly substituted pyrroles is reported. Benzophenone is employed as an accessible photocatalyst under solvent-free conditions to deliver targeted products in high yields. A photoinduced C-H functionalisation renders structural variety and complexity to the final products showcasing the potential of the transformation. (AU) | |
