We study relations between certain totally geodesic foliations of a closed flat manifold and its collapsed Gromov-Hausdorff limits. Our main results explicitly identify such collapsed limits as flat orbifolds, and provide algebraic and geometric criteria to determine whether they are singular. (AU) | |
