Abstract
Male and larva of Schizomyia tuiuiu Urso-Guimardes & Amorim, 2002 are described, new occurrences of S. tuiuiu and S. maricaensis Sousa & Maia, 2007 are registered and a key to Neotropical species of Schizomyia Kieffer, 1889 are presented. The examined specimens are deposited in the Museu de Zoologia da Universidade de Sao Paulo (MZUSP). (AU)
