Abstract

A comprehensive formulation for analyzing subsea cables in the frequency domain is introduced. This cable design encompasses multiple conductors, necessitating the resolution of a complex, coupled wave equation. To ensure accuracy and reliability, the derived results were rigorously validated against simulations conducted using PSCAD software. (AU)
