Resumo

O projeto tem como foco principal o emprego do 3,4,6-tri-O-acetil-D-glucal para a utilização em transformações envolvendo reações de acoplamento carbonilativo (Sonogashira, Suzuki-Miyaura e Stille), selenoaçucares e cicloadição [2+2] intermolecular. Pretende-se também avaliar a atividade biológica dos compostos preparados (por ex. atividade antifúngica, anticâncer e anti-inflamatória). (AU)
