State Research Institutes Modernization Program
In 2017, FAPESP launched a call for proposals to support the modernization of research institutes in the State of São Paulo. The aim is to strengthen the scientific and technological capacities of these institutes, so that they can better meet the demands of society. Through this call for proposals, the Foundation allocates resources exclusively to support research activities in the modalities of institutional research infrastructure, scholarships in Brazil and Abroad, Young Investigators Grants (JP), Visiting Researcher Grant, University-Industry Cooperative Research (PITE) and Research in Public Policies.
