Abstract

The wine dispenser consists of an automated wine serving system, composed of a pressurizing module (CO2 or Nitrogen) in order to maintain positive pressure inside the bottle and create an inert, oxygen-free environment, valves for control, display Of liquid crystal and system of refrigeration, being all controlled by microprocessor. There will be 3 models, each with 2 versions. We will have models for 2 bottles in service and 2 waiting, another with 4 bottles in service and 4 waiting and one last with 6 bottles in service and 6 waiting, with OPEN SOURCE and SELF SERVICE versions. Capacity of air conditioning to red and white wines, with control of temperature of 8 to 20 degrees Celsius. Preservation of wine through inert gas, CO2 or Nitrogen for a long period of time, allowing a bottle of wine to be left open for months without change the taste. The OPEN SOURCE version is intended to be served by a waiter when used commercially, in addition to the possibility of domestic use. The SELF SERVICE version is intended for commercial use, where the customer serves, having the consumption released through a pre-designed credit in a key, which in this case will be a coded pen drive. The equipment is configurable by the user who will define the dose size, temperature and the value in credits in the case of the SELF SERVICE version. The wine dispenser when in commercial use have as main concern the total control of the stock, besides serving accurate volumes, with a maximum error of 1ml which will generate a fairer price and low for the customer. The high sales value of some wines makes it impossible for many product lovers to taste a wine of the highest quality due to having to consume the whole bottle, giving this wine dispenser the possibility of this customer to taste a small amount, comparing it with other labels already known by creating a comparative that does not require its taste memory, which can be very flawed. The market perspective of the product is very large, given that the commercialization of fine wines in Brazil is rising and may have a high value added. The equipment will consist of micro controller, pressure and temperature sensors, solenoid valves for air and liquids, as well as user interface. The volume control will be performed with the feedback of the working pressure reading, which value will be used for the controller to calculate the time required to serve the selected dose. The configured dose volumes will be given by a fraction of the standard volume of wine bottles (750ml), which enables the controller to block doses below the available volume. The temperature control will climatize the wine at the specific temperature of each grape variety, because the temperature of the wine affects the taste papilla, being thus fundamental control for the greater use. Injection of an inert gas is what enables this product not to deteriorate in a short time, because oxygen changes the taste progressively, deteriorating in this way the great value of quality wines.
