Abstract

This project aims to identify and analyze health professionals's perceptions in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, about sexual and reproductive rights. It will create a qualitative mapping of the six regional health coordenations of the city by applying 48 questionaires to professionals that work in 18 health basic units as well semi-strutured interviews with regional coordinators, managers, physicians, and health agentes durint the two year reserach chronogram. The questionaires and interviews will be analysed with the use of softwares, discourse analyses based on gender and sexuality studies, collective health and sociology of health as well using the documental sources that will also be studied during the research. Among the expected results is the identification of determinants of perception about sexual and reprodutive rights what can constitute an empirical base for future proposals of formation professionals on this thematic.
