Abstract

The specific objective of the visit of prof. von Seggern is to continue a collaboration started more than two years ago on organic solar cells, in which we have already two publications in collaboration with him, which involved two PhD theses. We are currently conducting studies about transport dynamics in ITO/PEDOT: PSS/PTB7-Th: PC71BM/Ca-Al structures, using the following techniques: current-voltage techniques in the dark and under illumination, photovoltage transient, transient charge extraction and CELIV (Charge Extraction by Linear Voltage Ramp). Measurements have been carried out at different temperatures, in the range of 100 to 300 K. Prof. von Seggern will collaborate on interpretations of results and on theoretical modelling, in a work that involves a PhD student and a postdoctoral student. (AU)
