Abstract

The death of professor István Mészáros, in 1st october 2017, represented a great loss for international critical thinking. His intellectual production was carried on for more than 60 years and exchanged extensively with various authors, either classical or contemporaneous. Next to the construction of this fruitful legacy, Mészáros built also a rich collection that attests his trajectory and erudition. As written in Mészáros' testment, this collection was donated to the University of Campinas (Unicamp). This project, thus, aims to gather resources to transport Meszáros' collection from England to Unicamp. It starts with a brief outlook of Meszáros' intellectual biography; moves, then, to a description of his collection and concludes with the necessary demands to transport it. (AU)
