Abstract

Identify and order the most requested professional profiles on digitalization and digital content in Brazil between 2013 and 2018. The sampling period would be in the interval of the last six years has the advantage of a longitudinal study at the same time, sufficient current to identify trends. The size of the sample, given the range and nature of the job offers to be studied, will be defined from the beginning of the field survey. Developments in the application of the project will focus on: Search, select and process job offers for Information and Documentation professionals that appear on the Web in Brazil during the years 2013 to 2018 that are related to the digital economy. Organize the vocabulary obtained through an ontological taxonomy of necessary skills, abilities and tasks. To typify and organize models of skills, abilities and work profiles for the development of the digital economy with the assistance of graduates in Information and Documentation. Analyze the perspectives of Information and Documentation professionals to work in the digital economy. Establish an academic proposal on professional requirements for graduates in Information and Documentation within the new educational model by skills and abilities as required by the digital economy. The knowledge of the disciplinary evolution and the demands of the labor market determine the new competences that the information professional must incorporate. First, it presupposes an exercise in identifying the limits of action and how to perform it in the professional exercise, which is convenient at a time when these limits seem to be confused. It is therefore very appropriate to know the possibility of transferring to these sectors new skills. They do not need to be developed in information units and services. Thus, the new employment possibilities are located in any sector with digital information - all types of companies, public administrations, marketing, technology sector, besides the usual information sector.
