Abstract
Secondary education has been constituted from diverse challenges in different countries. In this sense, the present research project was objective is to discuss the mathematics curriculum in the curricular organization of secondary education in Latin American countries that recently underwent educational reforms (Brazil, Bolivia, and Mexico), characterizing in these reforms the conception of public sphere undertaken in the processes of planning and implementation of these curricula, as well as the theoretical aspects that underpin them. To do so, we will develop a qualitative research of descriptive nature, based on theoretical assumptions of Comparative Education - analyzing mathematics curricula in three countries that underwent recent educational reforms: Bolivia, Brazil and Mexico. The following research steps are foreseen: bibliographical analyzes, documentary analyzes and interviews. (AU)
