Abstract

Considering the novelty of our product, and as a strategy to offer it to the market, the main objectives of the second phase (PIPE II) are: to carry out experiments in vivo (fish and pigs) creating a certificate of effectiveness for these products and demonstrate their viability technical and economic support for mass production through a pilot plant. At the same time, in order to establish a robust and reliable production of supplements, initiate studies with a second source of insect protein (Black Soldier Fly) which exhibits similar nutritional qualities and can, if necessary and as a production of supplements.
