Abstract

The multi-user equipment (EMU), near infrared spectrometer (NIRS), will be used in research activities and development of the institution and shared use, mainly in the areas of chemistry, food and materials. This technique allows monitoring drying processes, analyzing fuels, monitoring reaction speeds, controlling some food processes, among other applications. Due to its multiparameter analysis fetures, the results show greater accuracy and reliability, with lower time and cost. (AU)
