Abstract

The project has as its main focus the use of 2-iodo-D-glucal and analogs in transformations involving carbonylative coupling reactions. It is also intended, whenever possible, to evaluate the biological activity of the prepared compounds (antifungal, anticancer and anti-inflammatory activity). (AU)
