Abstract

In this activity plan, we detail the benefits of the visit of Prof. Dr. João Rodrigues dos Santos Júnior to the Department of Mathematics and Computing at FCT - Unesp, to collaborate in research projects under development by Prof. Dr. Marcos Tadeu de Oliveira Pimenta. In addition to these, we propose the development of a new research project, in which we intend to study some elliptical problems, involving non-local terms and optimization of the main eigenvalue of certain operators. The main activities to be developed by Prof. João during his visit will be participating in research projects, co-supervising graduate students, participating in masters boards and general qualification exam, offering courses at the graduate level, as well as participating in a cycle of seminars.
