Abstract

This Technical Reserve will allow the complementation of an equipment (LC-MS) already installed at IPBEN, facilitating the work with non-polar molecules, since at the moment, due to the absence of this probe, the equipment allows working with polar molecules due to having only ESI. With the acquisition of the APCI, researches that require its use for non-polar molecules can be carried out. Regarding the fluorescence microscope, it allows a series of observations of micro-organism cells involved in the research carried out, providing a better understanding, expanding the techniques already used and allowing the Unesp and external community to use this equipment.
