Abstract

Created in 2012, the Care Network for People with Disabilities (RCPCD) has been a resource for the development, qualification and diversification of strategies aimed at caring for people with disabilities through an integrated, articulated and effective network in different points of care. Objective: To analyze the development of care networks managed by a Hearing Rehabilitation Center, as well as the adherence to the principles and guidelines defined in the RCPCD regulations. Method: This is a qualitative research, with a cartographic approach, mediated by the perspective of in-world research, whose subjects are users as guides for researchers, their families, professionals and network managers. The research will conduct dialogical meetings and interviews with these social players to collect narratives related to the provision of care in these services and to analyze the adherence to the RCPCD regulations. This project is linked to the ongoing research, Analysis of the Implementation of the Health Care Network of People with Disabilities - users, professionals and managers as guides, which is included in the Call for applications CNPQ/MS/SCTIE/DECIT/SAS/DAPES/CGSPCD no. 35/2018 - Assessment of the Implementation of the Health Care Network for People with Disabilities in the Unified Health System, under the coordination of professor Emerson Elias Merhy of the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Expected results: The research is expected to identify and address the main advances and challenges experienced by the service, thus promoting information on the implementation of the RCPCD. The research is also expected to lead to a joint discussion between managers, health professionals and civil society, both with regard to assistance in the decision-making process, and to the work of social control in the search and consolidation of health as right.
