Abstract

Traditional Architectural Layout Project design services are manual, bureaucratic, imprecise, time-consuming, and expensive. Companies with a large number of branches (stores, bank branches, among others) need and depend on efficient design services for these projects to expand or review their businesses for new constructions and renovations of their existing buildings. The need of these companies in contrast with the delay, imprecision, and investment value of traditional architecture services make room for the use of technology: the bidder has already developed a solution that designs Architecture Layouts Projects using Generative Design and Artificial Intelligence already in operation, currently at TRL 7 level, with the system operating in a relevant environment of a customer, culminating in the present Proposed Project, whose objective is the migration of this software to the cloud, thus reaching technological maturity in TRL 9. The investments received by this proposed project will allow the police to research and develop the services and processes necessary to achieve the general objective of reducing the average development time, reducing the necessary customer investment, employing software development by microservices, and agile development as fundamentals for building a working prototype. In this way, production costs will be significantly reduced, as well as the speed of production and the socio-environmental impact of built spaces, incorporating positive externalities for various production chains involved in the civil construction ecosystem and inserting the Architecture and Urbanism sector into the virtuous economic sphere of the industry. 4.0 This evolution of the technology developed by the bidder gives rise to an increase in the commercial potential of the product.
