Development and operation of autonomous UAVs/Drones for the agricultural sector, with high load capacity and performance, replacing manual spraying/tractor/air aviation. The solution will be used to work large areas of farming, currently unserved

Abstract

We have received strong demand to bring an aerial spraying and heavy cargo transport solution in the field, which agricultural aviation cannot meet, nor can currently drone solutions, due to their limited load capacity and flight time (batteries). Our project aims to deliver unmanned aircraft of class 2 (ANAC classification) with high load capacity, being able to serve the coffee sector (not serviced today) and large plantations serviced only with agricultural aviation (expensive and limited usage due to terrain and weather), tractor (slow) and manual (time-consuming, inefficient and exposing workers to the risk of contamination). We have already managed to make a POC (proof of concept) that was tested and approved in the field, and now we want to move forward with efficient vehicles. With this, the rural producer will have another alternative at a lower cost for working in large areas and specific jobs, further improving productivity in the field, reducing risk to workers and saving pesticides and other materials.
