Abstract

The creativity mapping network will provide municipalities with an innovative service to help public managers and private investors to make efficient and effective decisions in promoting creative economy segments. This high value-added information and data service presents a differential in relation to existing solutions, as it incorporates the use of ICT as a facilitator and cost reducer, in a business model that meets the growing demands of this sector.
