Abstract
The biopolitics paradoxes comprise the tendencies of sovereign power that accompany the modern development of state governmentalization and reveal its darker face. This research addresses this current issue to understand the struggles for the inclusion of sectors of the population previously excluded from this form of government of life and its strategic use by the emerging neoliberal state governmentalization, at the global level, in the last three decades. To this end, we will use the Roberto Esposito conceptual repertoire to discuss the immunization paradigm on which this strategy is based, its design around a person's apparatus and the dissemination of an immunization of contagion produced by meetings of bodies with differences in institutions such as education. We are interested in problematizing from Deleuze and Guattari and Fernand Deligny, therefore, whether the conflicts arising from such encounters can produce a common body, an instituting thought and an alternative inclusion paradigm to the existing one.
