Abstract

The present FAPESP/BAYLAT workshop aims to bring together researchers from Brazil and Germany interested in immunology. This workshop will provide a platform for early career scientists, including PhD students and Postdocs, to present their immunology research in a bi-national context. Discussions, guided by leading experts, will explore the diverse world of T cell heterogeneity and its critical role in health and disease. T cells, with their varied functions, contribute to immune surveillance, response to pathogens, and regulation. Understanding T cell diversity is essential for deciphering immune complexities. The workshop aims to offer insights, advice, and foster collaborations among participants, emphasizing the significance of T cell research in shaping future immunological advancements. (AU)
