Abstract

The proposal of this project is to acquire a small-medium equipment a SCIEX TRIPLE QUAD 6500+ SYSTEM equipment with high sensitivity, since we had a Sciex 3200 deactivated, so that we can maintain, expand and strengthen existing partnerships with national and international partner institutions, which increase data quality generated and encourages the training of human resources to work in research and innovation and internationally since 1980 (multi-user laboratory since that date), working in research, innovation and training of human resources, involving faculty and student mobility, and generation of publications with national and international and technical-technological (PIPE-FAPESP) groups in partnership. Clinical studies led us to report the results to the FDA in the United States allowing our group a huge growth in international standards in drug monitoring. The vast majority of projects whose dosages occur, whether benchtop or clinical/translational, generate strategies that can represent a significant reduction in public spending in the health area, as they strengthen preventive strategies with treatment, and at the same time, can reveal possible therapeutic targets for the search for actions in terms of nutrition, sports practice and drugs that keep the patient with a healthy and quality of life, fighting diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular and renal diseases.
