Abstract

The project involves the construction of a suitable space for the storage, maintenance, preservation and research of the iconographic collection, especially photographs of architecture, urbanism and design, of which the FAUUSP collection is one of the most important in Brazil. This material is currently difficult to store and access for research purposes, and is housed in inadequate facilities. The project envisages the construction of a chamber for the storage and consultation of the collection for the various research projects associated with it, in an environment with controlled temperature and humidity, ensuring the correct storage of the material and its appropriate use in research.
