Abstract

The proposal aims to deepen studies on Marcel Proust's essayistic work, a subject still little explored in Brazil, through the visit of Professor Christophe Pradeau (Sorbonne Université) to USP. He will be involved in teaching, research, and outreach activities, offering the course "Proust, Essayist" and collaborating with the "Literary Manuscript Laboratory" research group. This initiative seeks to strengthen international academic exchange and benefit both undergraduate and graduate students, especially FAPESP scholarship holders. Professor Pradeau will also take part in the thesis defense committee of Ingrid de Mesquita Cordeiro, thereby consolidating the supervision he began during her research stay in France.
