Abstract

In despite of its recent creation, environemntal engineering course in the Faculty of Science and Techonology of UNESP at Presidente Prudente has evident lack of research projects directed to industrial wastewaters treatment. Thus, by means of pilot scale physical-chemical and biological processes, it is intended to iniciate a research line on wastewater treatment and give to Wastewater Treatment Laboratory the necessary means to develop research studies in scienttific iniciation level in this area.
