Understanding the work process according family health team: the view point from complexity science

Abstract

This research has as goal the experience of the members of the multiprofessional team with the work process, undertaken in the context of the Family Health Strategy Health (FHS). It intends to understand it according to the perspective of the same ones and to consider a representative model of this experience. One is about a research of qualitative nature, from the fidget in understanding as the members of the multiprofessional team in health understand its process of work in the model FHS, to the light of the complexity, increased of the lack of studies, about of this look, in national ownership. They will consist as actors of this research five groups, formed for members of the multiprofessional team of the FHS, in a city of inner from São Paulo State: physicians, nurses, surgeons dentists, nursing aid, communitarian agents. The collection of data will be lead in place and hourly it are of the work scene, as availability and manifest security for the actor. The technique of collection of data will be the interview of the not-structuralized type, having as departure question: - How the members of the multiprofessional team in health understand the process of work in the HFS? This project meets approved by the Committee of Ethics in Pesquisa (CEP) and the collection of data alone will after be lead the attainment of the free and clarified assent of participation in the research of each participant. The interviews will be recorded in the digital format and soon after they will be transcribing in integrates. The rules of the qualitative research will be followed, with the collection and analysis of the concomitant data, until the reach of the theoretical saturation. The analysis of the data will be carried through in accordance with the method of the Grounded Theory. This methodology, with interacionistas raízes, consists comparativily of the discovery and the development of a theory from the information gotten and analyzed systematically and. First, they will be analyzed separately, in order to get the experiences of the five groups you show, which will be integrated interactively, to form the experience of the multiprofessional team and the theoretical model that, will be analyzed to the light of the Theory of the Complexity. This Theory is a new form to think and to act, contributing for the development of analyses integrated in the confrontation of problems of health as alternative to the analytical and broken up thought of the current days. By the way, one is about a research with definite object and under a proposal innovative of analysis of the data, according to Backgrouds adopted: methodologic and theoretician. Its investigatório process will search to understand as the members of the team define the situations of daily in the work, considering the its assumptions, values and beliefs, standards of behavior, subtilities, organization, amongst others. It will search a new form to see the work in team, the workers of health and its Inter-relations as a Complex Dynamic System and is justified in the measure where the majority of the works in health team still is analyzed according to a reduction and linear vision of classic science, without bringing satisfactory answers for the confrontation to the new demands of the work in health.
