Abstract
The projects problem is: what factors influence educational innovation actions? The hipothesis will be verified is the more salient factors are professional teacher experience, teachers team stability, school principals mobilization and professional qualification of community organizations members. It will be done four case studies in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Gloria do Goita (PE), Nova Olinda (CE), Manaus and BoaVista do Ramos (AM). (AU)
