Abstract

The process of intensification of the production of milk implicates in the use of forage high capacity of production of dry matter and good nutritional quality. The research project has for objectives to evaluate the answer of the culture of the alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) to dose growing of organic biofertilizer in the development and production of dry matter. The experiment will be driven vegetation home in vases containing five earth dm3 in São Paulo State University "Júlio of Mesquita Filho", Campus of Araçatuba, Araçatuba, SP. The soil to be used is an Argissolo with low match tenors, the saturation for base will be elevated for 80% with the use of the carbonate of calcium and magnesium, in the relationship 3:1, reagents p.a. The experimental design will be entirely randomized with six treatments and five repetitions. The treatments will be the following ones: T1: without manuring, T2: 25 m3/ha, T3: 50 m3/ha, T4: 100 m3/ha, T5: 200 m3/ha, T6: 400 m3/ha of organic biofertilizante. The first cut will happen to the 70 days after the sowing, and the following ones with intervals of 40 days to reach three cuts. At the end of the experiment the roots and the soil will be collected for analyses. To evaluate the effects of the treatments the following determinations they will be accomplished: in the soil - pH values, organic matter, P, K, Ca, Mg, Al, H+Al, S, B, Ass, Faith, Mn, Zn, SB, CTC and V; plant - production of green and dry mass of the aerial part (for cut) and roots in the end of the experiment being determined the tenors foliate of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, B, Ass, Faith, Mn and Zn. The results will be appraised statistics through the analysis of the variance, comparison of the averages to the level of 5% of probability, correlations and study of regressions. (AU)
