Abstract
Protocols for induction of immune tolerance has been the subject of research of many immunologists seeking to prolong the survival of allogeneic grafts. In this project we have to evaluate the tolerogenic potential of heat shock protein (Hsp60) and dendritic cells in the context of murine allograft. This effect will be evaluated using the strategy of targeting in vivo by administration of anti-DEC-205 coupled to the peptides of Hsp60, N3 and N7, and as the injection of immature dendritic cells (iDC)of donor in interleukin-10 in the presence of peptides N3 and N7. These effects will be evaluated for histopathological analysis and immunohistochemistry of grafts, where appropriate, analysis of markers of regulatory T cells and a panel of molecules associated with immunoregulation in transplanted animals.
