Evaluate the effect of P10 peptide alone or in combination with antifungals in experimental model of pulmonary fibrosis using conidia of P. brasiliensis inoculated intranasally into BALB/c males, this effect will be determined by reducing the fungal burden, decreased pulmonary fibrosis and immune modulation at the treatment time.
